How do I initiate a return?

How long does refund processing take?

What about returns for live stock?

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) claims must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We'll provide replacement or store credit for confirmed DOA claims.

How should I acclimate new fish?

Never add fish directly to your tank. Float the bag for 15-20 minutes, then slowly mix tank water into the bag over 30 minutes. This temperature and chemistry acclimation prevents shock. Use a net to transfer fish.

What water parameters do aquatic animals need?

Most freshwater fish prefer: pH 6.5-7.5, temperature 75-80°F, ammonia 0 ppm, nitrite 0 ppm. Specific species may have different requirements. Research your species before purchase.

How often should I perform water changes?

Perform 25-30% water changes weekly for maintained tanks. New tanks may need more frequent changes. Remove debris and uneaten food daily. Use a water test kit to monitor parameters.

Can I mix different species together?

Not all species are compatible. Research tank mates before purchasing. Some fish are aggressive, territorial, or eat smaller fish. Provide adequate space (1 inch of fish per gallon as a guideline).

What should I do if my fish get sick?

Look for symptoms like reduced appetite, unusual behavior, or visible spots. Isolate sick fish if possible. Perform 30% water change and maintain optimal conditions. Contact us for specific disease treatment recommendations.

How do I cycle a new tank?

Cycling establishes beneficial bacteria. The nitrogen cycle takes 4-6 weeks. Use fish food or ammonia to establish the cycle, or use filter media from an established tank. Test water regularly.
